Room for summer in Seattle, WA

I am looking to sublet a room near UW in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt for summer. I currently live with a female roommate who is a Junior. My half of the rent is $550 and utilities (water and cable) are about $30. Electricity bill comes about every 3 months and is usually $20. The lease is up August 31, 2015. There is one free parking away from the streets and my roommate does not own a car so you would have the option to park there. Females only please.
