Assistant Director Actuarial Washington - Seattle The Actuarial Division is responsible for proactively managing and retrospectively tracking and reporting on the financial and risk positions within the company, and supporting the strategic goals of the corporation. Within that context, the Assistant Director of Actuarial performs and manages technical, analytical, support, and leadership functions to help the division and the company meet its goals. This position will lead a team focused on aligning the financial incentives for providers with the common goal of reducing overall healthcare costs while improving quality, developing effective and actionable analysis to support the movement towards Accountable Health Systems, and thinking outside the box as we move new financial models and proposals into reality. This is a unique and challenging opportunity for the right person who feels they would thrive being on the front lines with providers while providing the analytic and business leadership on our engagement teams. Background with Managed Care, ACO development, provider risk arrangements and reimbursement methods is desired. Phenomenal potential for that special blend of technical background with the expertise to interact with the provider community and internal executives to be part of the solution to our country's healthcare problems.
