My name is Alyson. I have been cleaning houses for my own business since 2005. I have many references for my work. My rate is $30/hour. An average house of 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is about 3 hours on a bi-weekly schedule. Often the first cleaning can take close to twice as long depending on the level of cleanliness. Times can vary also on children and pet messes.How it works:I supply towels, sponges, and labor. You supply cleaning solutions that you prefer, vacuum, and mop if necessary.Kitchen:-inside microwave-stove top, vent above stove-oven if requested-counters-sink-cabinet and appliance fronts-refrigerator inside if requested-under refrigerator or oven if requested-window above sink, walls spot cleaned-floors mopped-Table and chairs wiped downBathroom:-Shower/bath cleaned and polished-Vanity and mirrors cleaned and polished-Walls spot cleaned-Toilet sanitized-Trash emptied-Floors/baseboards moppedBedroom/other rooms:-Dust ceiling, fixtures, baseboards, and furniture-Dust blinds if requested-Wash windows if requested-Make up beds if sheets provided-Clean/vacuum pet hair off furniture-Vacuum and/or mop floors-Laundry if requestedOther small chores:-running errands (getting grocery list...)-cooking-pet sitting-house sittingI also do clean outs or move in cleans.Email for quote request.
